Job summary

The Assembler - 1st Shift (Regulators) at Eaton's ES AMER ESS division assembles voltage regulators in a continuous flow environment to meet customer requirements. You will build and test using calibrated tools and work with engineering, quality, and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include following standard work, performing inspections, and moving units with overhead cranes. Overtime may be required; shift runs 7am to 3pm; weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience or education in assembly, manufacturing, or the military.
Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered.

Responsibilities

Follow standard work and 5S; inspect previous operation.
Assemble, test, and repair voltage regulators using calibrated tooling.
Move units with overhead cranes and power equipment; support other stations as needed.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and shipping teams to deliver on time.
