Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division seeks an Assembly Inspector for 1st shift to inspect regulators during assembly. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Excellent attention to detail is essential in this role in Wisconsin.

The position offers a 7am–3pm schedule with a $24.45 hourly rate. No sponsorship or relocation is available; candidates within 50 miles are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation benefits; 50‑mile radius of work location.
• Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt from geographic area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection on interior and exterior of regulators.
• Inspect decals and stencils on exterior of unit and perform paint mileage check as required.
• Complete various company forms to communicate inspection status and results per procedures.
• Inspect units throughout the assembly process per established procedures.
• Perform all responsibilities of the Inspector.
