Qualifications

• Prefer valid teaching certificate and degree in physical education or coaching theory.
• Knowledge of First Aid, CPR, and sports medicine preferred.
• Administrative experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the conduct of the sport program within guidelines set by the athletic department, school, conference and IHSAA.
• Organize and provide leadership to assistant coaches regarding program philosophy, conditioning and fundamentals.
• Coaching the varsity team and directing duties of assistant coaches 9-12.
• Develop and implement try-out procedures and fair selection criteria for teams.
• Maintain equipment, uniforms, and facility needs; coordinate with athletic director and principals.
