Qualifications

• The Head Volleyball Coach leads practices and games, develops players, and oversees conditioning.
• Strong oral and written communication, public relations, and compliance with policies.
• Experience in coaching and enforcing discipline; IHSAA coursework knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate practices and travel for games home and away.
• Maintain equipment and uniforms; assist with scheduling with Athletic Director.
• Supervise students and assistant coaches; ensure academic progress of student-athletes.
• Support department duties as assigned within the athletics program.
