Job summary

University of Missouri – Columbia is seeking a Technical Coordinator for the Intercollegiate Athletics volleyball program. The role focuses on advanced analytics, coding, and video systems to support team preparation and player development.

Reporting to the Head Volleyball Coach, you will manage multiple technical projects, organize practice and competition technology, and produce scouting resources while ensuring NCAA and SEC compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong technical aptitude with coding, data management, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare opponent scouting reports, game plans, and scouting presentations using analytics and video analysis software.
• Analyze match and practice data to identify performance trends and provide actionable insights to coaching staff.
• Build and maintain coding systems and databases to support statistical analysis and player evaluation.
• Develop visual presentations and graphics to communicate scouting information to coaches and student-athletes.
• Coordinate volleyball video operations, including scheduling Volleymetrics recordings for practices and competitions.
