Job summary

DVSport, Inc. seeks an onsite Replay Technology Coordinator to serve as the technical anchor for video review solutions during Big Ten volleyball games. You will manage end-to-end video acquisition, real-time troubleshooting, and documentation of performance benchmarks.

This part-time/seasons role requires hands-on expertise in broadcast engineering and familiarity with DVSport software, with duties spanning pre-game setup through post-game reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in broadcast engineering, AV systems, or IT networking.
• Understanding of video signal flow (SDI, IP, HDMI) and basic networking.
• Available for game day across the entire home schedule.
• Prior experience with DVSport software or live event production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up eight static cameras around the volleyball court and ensure proper integration with the DVSport Replay System.
• Patch, verify, and route all video feeds from broadcast and cameras into the Replay System.
• Collaborate with DVSport staff, broadcast teams, conference and school officials to troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Document all system checks and performance benchmarks following a pre-game checklist.
• Monitor live performance during games to maintain uptime and optimize operations.
• Oversee post-game teardown and submit a comprehensive Game Day Performance Report.
