Job summary

LOVB is seeking a Technical Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day technical, video, and data-related operations for a Pro Volleyball team. You will work with the Head Coach, Pro Volleyball Operations leadership, and the DOVO to ensure training and competition tech runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include managing match-day technology, conducting video and data analysis, coordinating scout sessions, and supporting practice and travel logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sport science, kinesiology, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience in volleyball operations or a high-performance team environment.
• Expertise with video replay systems, capture tools, and statistical platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and operation of all match-day technology, including systems for replay and video capture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for live data collection and statistical analysis during matches.
• Coordinate with event staff to ensure all technical and operational needs are met efficiently.
• Scouting & Film Coordination: manage scout video analysis, formatting, and distribution.
• Schedule scout sessions and ensure conference room and tech availability.
• Maintain and organize an accessible library of opponent scouting film and internal performance footage.
• Capture and upload daily practice film, track statistics, and manage video syncing.
• Support travel logistics and equipment inventory as needed.
