Job summary

BASIS Phoenix is seeking qualified candidates for a Middle School Girls Volleyball Coach to start ASAP as part of BASIS Ed's auxiliary program.

This is not a full-time position. Pay is competitive hourly wage, with duties including teaching fundamentals, developing drills, promoting sportsmanship, and attending games and practices.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or higher (Bachelor's preferred).
• Experience coaching and working with young athletes.
• Ability to demonstrate volleyball skills effectively.
• Experience playing volleyball at a competitive level.

Responsibilities

• Teach fundamentals of volleyball to young athletes.
• Create and implement drills to build foundational skills.
• Coach students on sportsmanship and teamwork.
• Attend games, practices, and scrimmages.

• Collegiate student-athlete experience

• Effectively teaching young athletes the fundamentals of volleyball
• Creating and implementing drills to help build foundational skills
• Coaching students through best practices in sportsmanship
• Attending all games, practices, or scrimmages
