Company Description

West Bend Juniors Volleyball Club recently completed its first season in 2024-25. We managed 6 club teams (5 Select and 1 Regional) and are planning to expand to 10-15 teams, including Regional, Select, and National Level teams for ages 10-18.

Role Description

This is a contract, on-site position for a Volleyball Coach based in West Bend, WI. Responsibilities include planning and conducting training sessions, developing game strategies, mentoring athletes on rules and techniques, and promoting team spirit and sportsmanship. The coach will also communicate with athletes, parents, and staff to maintain an organized team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Volleyball knowledge and coaching experience
• Ability to plan and lead training sessions
