Job summary

CoachCorner in Winnetka, IL seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Volleyball Coach for the girls program. The role runs August through November with 3–4 afternoon practices starting around 3:30/4:00 PM, supporting the head coach in practices, matches, and overall player development.

The ideal candidate has playing and coaching experience, strong communication with student-athletes, and the ability to create a positive, energetic environment for growth and enjoyment of the game.

Qualifications

• Previous volleyball playing experience required.
• Coaching experience with youth or high school athletes preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to the fall season (August–November) and regular practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading engaging, high-energy practices.
• Help coach matches and provide instruction during competition.

Our girls volleyball program is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Volleyball Coach for the upcoming fall season. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing young athletes, enjoys teaching the fundamentals of volleyball, and believes the game should be both competitive and fun.

The ideal candidate has previous playing and coaching experience, communicates well with student-athletes, and understands how to create a positive, energetic environment where players can grow in confidence and skill. This coach will work closely with the head coach to support practices, matches, and the overall development of the program.
