Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 1-3 years of collegiate playing and/or coaching experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to teach and demonstrate all aspects of the sport.
• Ability to work independently and evenings/weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, develop, and evaluate student-athlete’s skills, conditioning and sport knowledge for both programs.
• Assist the head coaches to develop and execute a recruiting plan for prospective student-athletes.
• Assist the head coaches to organize, create and execute plans for practices and intercollegiate varsity competitions.
• Serve in an administrative capacity as needed, including but not limited to game management or a secondary duty.
