Holy Cross is seeking a Part-time Assistant Coach for Volleyball in Worcester, MA. The role focuses on instructing student-athletes, reviewing film, and preparing the team for competition while ensuring compliance with NCAA rules and college policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years coaching experience, Division I preferred.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in video review and editing is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and team instruction on skills, fundamentals, and rules.
• Review game film and opponent clips to design targeted drills.
• Lead video editing and clip production for coaching staff.
• Assist with camps and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Support recruitment outreach and communication with prospective players.
