Job summary

College of the Holy Cross is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the head coach across multiple facets of the program. Primary focus includes instructing student-athletes on skills, rules, and team concepts, with emphasis on film review and game footage breakdown.

Secondary duties include administrative tasks and recruiting support. Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years coaching experience (Div I preferred), and solid knowledge of NCAA rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years prior experience instructing and coaching, preferably at the Division I level.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
• Computer and video editing skills strongly encouraged, ability to code and evaluate film.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and team instruction on rules, fundamentals, skill attainment, and team concepts.
• Review and break down game film to guide coaching and practice plans.
• Assist with recruiting, camps, and administrative duties as assigned.
