Qualifications
- Three+ years as a dedicated Network Voice provider in a professional env.
- Two+ years copper core contact work; experience clearly shown on the application.
- Degree substitutions allowed by policy; relevant certifications count toward substitutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain VoIP standards, configurations, dial plans and QoS across department resources.
- Support voice/video/data network projects and legacy voice systems.
- Evaluate software tools, hardware and services for voice/video delivery.
- Lead planning for funding to upgrade voice infrastructure and plan for growth.
- Develop and implement advanced VOIP services including call routing and video conferencing.
- Lead projects for new or replacement phone systems.
