Job summary

Patriot, LLC seeks a Network Telecom Administrator to join our mission essential team. The candidate will work on an enterprise support team, providing both local and remote support for network and telecom issues, including VoIP, DNS, and IP assignments. You will document procedures with Visio, Excel, and Word.

The role requires coordination for site upgrades, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Some travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Enterprise computing environment knowledge.
• Experience with network wiring/cabling.
• Knowledge of managed switches.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to coordinate with teams and manage work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to network and telecom trouble tickets including wired/wireless, bandwidth, VoIP, and voicemail.
• Support IP assignment and DNS host name entry in Infoblox.
• Create Visio diagrams and document procedures and work instructions.
• Coordinate network projects, site upgrades, and team communications.
• Support site switches, VoIP equipment, and communications devices.
• Assist with cross-connecting lines, cable runs, and ordering for new equipment.
