Job summary

Reston Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a VoIP Engineer with an active Secret clearance to support a federal contract in Washington, DC.

This full-time, on-site role requires five days per week in the office and focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise voice communications infrastructure across the DC metro area. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in VoIP/UC environments, DoD 8570/8140 certification, and hands-on experience with CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, and SIP trunks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 4+ years supporting enterprise VoIP and VTC environments.
• DoD 8570/8140-compliant certification required.
• Experience administering enterprise VoIP and UC infrastructure.
• Experience with CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, and SIP trunks.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, maintain, and support enterprise VoIP and telephony infrastructure.
• Work with Federal clients on migration to modern architectures (Teams Telephony).
• Perform operational support for analog, digital, and VoIP systems.
• Configure and maintain telephone hardware, software, and related infrastructure.
• Provide MAC support across multiple locations.
