Job summary

Ease Health, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer to bridge between clinicians and product teams, delivering end-to-end LLM-powered workflows in a fast-paced, on-site with NYC office environment. You’ll own features from intake to deployment, engaging with customers to refine requirements and ship rapidly.

You will work in a role with high autonomy, shipping voice AI capabilities that integrate with payer and clinical workflows, ensuring production readiness and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience (ideally 8+)
• Shipped LLM-powered features or voice AI products
• Strong ownership and drive to ship without PMs
• Comfort presenting to customers and translating workflows into working software

Responsibilities

• Own problems end to end with customers, scope, build, and ship
• Build and run production LLM pipelines and voice agents
• Spend time with customers on-site and on calls to understand the workflow
• Make product decisions and ship features in days
