Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of telecommunications and networking experience with PSTN, analog gateways, VoIP, CCaaS, SIP, QoS, UCaaS, cloud.
• Direct experience with Teams Phone and Cisco Call Manager.
• Direct experience with Five9 or similar CCaaS product.
• Familiarity with PowerBI and PowerShell.
• Experience working in federal, state or local government.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for the County's cloud and on-premise voice services.
• Provide Tier 2 support for issues related to voice systems and integrations.
• Coordinate triage and escalations with the County's MSP.
• Collaborate with cabling, network, security, and endpoint teams for issues.
• Generate operations and analytics reports.
• Work with help desk, end users, and MSP.
• Evaluate new products and services.
• Lead small projects and upgrades.
• Support larger operational efforts and project implementations.
• Conduct end user training.
