Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in systems integration, a CS/CE degree, and hands-on experience with VoIP, PBXs, and call center platforms.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a Systems Integrator with a minimum of 6 years' experience and a CS/CE degree.
• Role includes designing, testing, and deploying voice infrastructure and telephony solutions.
• Support system security accreditation and certificate management activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and deploy voice infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with network engineers and telecom teams on integration efforts.
• Support call center technology deployments and site standups.
• Participate in security accreditation processes and compliance.
• Provide Tier 4 engineering support under supervision and assist with upgrades.
