Bcore is seeking a Systems Integrator Engineer in Herndon, VA, to support enterprise voice infrastructure and security accreditation efforts. You will collaborate with telecom and network teams to design, deploy, and test voice solutions for government and commercial clients.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with VoIP devices, SIP signaling, and secure voice architectures, with opportunities to grow into Tier 4 engineering under supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience with voice engineering in an enterprise IT environment.
• Familiarity with SIP signaling, RTP, and VoIP deployments.
• Ability to participate in security accreditation processes and certificate management.

Responsibilities

• Work in an enterprise IT environment with voice-related tasks.
• Collaborate with network engineers on telephony integration and call center tech.
• Assist design, testing, and deployment of voice infrastructure.
• Support next-generation voice technologies and site voice system standups.
• Attend meetings with internal teams and clients to gather voice requirements.
• Contribute to call routing and trunking design within enterprise voice platforms.
• Learn to provide Tier 4 engineering support under supervision.
