Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred: ISO 9001 knowledge and continuous improvement experience.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer experience data to identify product issues and improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings with product development teams.
• Present quality data to indicate progress toward goals.
• Conduct root cause analysis (8D / 5 Why) and implement actions.
• Support supplier quality in new parts and corrective actions.
• Develop inspection instructions and audit procedures.
