Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
• 2-5 years of experience in product development, reliability, test, or quality roles
• Strong analytical and statistical skills (DOE, regression, hypothesis testing)
• Experience with life data analysis and reliability distributions
• Experience with manufacturing auditing and processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for product requirements, user needs, and reliability in NPD team
• Develop functional requirements with product management and user needs research
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing to define product specifications for reliability and quality
• Work with global manufacturing to identify and mitigate project risks early
• Track multiple projects and summarize test results with statistical techniques
• Escalate issues to leadership with clear, audience-tailored communication
• Support project launches and post-launch issue resolution
