Job summary

Techtronic Industries Co. in Anderson, SC is seeking a Quality PSE to act as the voice of the customer and lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects in the Outdoor Products division.

You will analyze customer experience data, identify product improvements, and drive implementation in current and new products. The role requires strong data analysis, regular cross-functional meetings, and experience with QC methods such as 8D/5 Why.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in engineering or a 2-year degree with up to 5 years of quality experience.
• Preferred knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with DOE and life data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Present findings to product development teams.
• Lead root cause investigations (8D/5 Why) and corrective actions.
• Support supplier quality and audits.
• Develop inspection instructions and control plans.
