5+ years experience in a VoIP or telecommunications engineering role. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Must be CCNP Collaborations certified. Hands‑on experience with physical network infrastructure (switches, routers). Extensive experience with Cisco tools and technologies including Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) and Unity. Experience with network implementation and maintenance. Able to demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to variable workload and job duties. Able to interact professionally with all levels of an organization. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
