Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks a Voice Infrastructure Support Engineer in Springfield, VA to support mission-critical call-center voice systems.

You will administer Cisco UCCX, CUCM, Finesse, and Calabrio workloads, implement disaster recovery procedures, and troubleshoot voice, queue, routing, and softphone issues. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Cisco voice experience and current CCNA Collaboration or higher certification, with a 6-month contractor engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with Cisco voice infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing Calabrio Contact Center solutions.
• Experience supporting mission-critical call center operations.
• Current Cisco certification, such as CCNA Collaboration or higher.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize voice infrastructure supporting emergency dispatch operations.
• Configure and maintain Cisco Finesse call queues and queues management.
• Develop and maintain call routing strategies.
• Manage Calabrio workforce management systems and reporting.
• Execute and test disaster recovery procedures for voice systems.
• Provide technical leadership for voice infrastructure improvements.
