Job summary

Civil Recruit is seeking experienced Warehouse Order Picker/Selector for the Bellevue Milk Plant. You will use voice-directed technology to accurately select full-case dairy and perishable products and operate a ride-on electric pallet jack.

Schedule 2: Tuesday-Saturday with a 60-day assignment and potential for full-time conversion based on attendance, performance, and safety. Union participation is required for full-time conversion.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent order selecting experience or more.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Use a voice-directed order selection system to pick full-case dairy and perishable products.
• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack to locate and transport items.
• Wear a voice-picking headset during shifts.
• Build stable pallets and prepare orders for shipment to local stores.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring accuracy and safety standards.
