Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent order selecting experience.
• Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack after training and certification.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English to perform essential functions.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Use a voice-directed order selection system to pick full-case dairy, refrigerated, and perishable products.
• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack to pick and transport products.
• Wear a voice-picking headset for the shift.
• Build stable pallets and prepare orders for shipment to local stores.
• Follow safety, food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
