Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Voice and Hardware Systems Engineer to execute, refine, and supervise Voice System/Hardware Engineering operations within a mission-focused environment. Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• BS and 2+ years of experience or MS with less than 2 years of experience.
• Current DoD 8570 certification (Security+).
• Launch or mission operations experience.
• Experience performing voice systems engineering on mission critical systems.
• Understand mission critical desktop and communications hardware and software.
• Experience supporting configuration management, change management, and service transition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Role Overview

The Voice and Hardware Systems Engineer will execute, refine, and supervise the processes and procedures of Voice System/Hardware Engineering operations in a purpose-built enterprise environment. The successful candidate will work in a highly collaborative environment with teammates, key stakeholders, and the Government customer to ensure mission continuity and support to the IC community.

What You Will Do

• Provide system level engineering support to mission critical IT systems, related telecommunications trunk circuits, voicemail, and telephone instrument units.
• Perform daily system checks for alerts or degradation of service or system.
• Provide systems engineering support to enterprise voice over IP (VoIP) phone systems.

Benefits

• Pay Range: $69,550.00 - $125,725.00
