Qualifications

• Must have 3–10 years in Software/Solutions/AI engineering or similar technical customer-facing roles.
• Experience building production software across the full stack and owning projects from concept to deployment.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI models, LLMs, or automation into real-world applications.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both engineering and business stakeholders.
• High ownership mentality with a bias toward action and delivering measurable customer outcomes.
• Willingness to work onsite regularly and travel to customer locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered voice solutions that automate complex business workflows by integrating APIs, internal systems, and external data sources.
• Rapidly prototype customer solutions, launch early versions into production, and iterate based on real-world performance.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams on both customer and internal sides to ensure successful deployments.
• Own projects end-to-end—from technical discovery and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Drive customer adoption by training stakeholders, identifying additional automation opportunities, and expanding platform usage over time.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by acting as a technical advisor and strategic partner throughout the engagement.
• Travel to customer sites when needed to accelerate deployments, strengthen relationships, and ensure successful outcomes.
