Job summary

Dash BPO in San Juan, Puerto Rico is seeking a Junior/Intermediate Applied AI Specialist to join the Voice AI team. The role starts with feature testing and QA for Voice AI products built with ElevenLabs, Twilio, and Amazon Connect, then progresses toward Forward Deployed Engineer responsibilities with customer deployments.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Voice AI platforms, cloud familiarity (AWS/Google/Azure), and strong testing skills.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in software engineering with testing discipline.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and evaluation metrics.
• Experience with Voice AI platforms and related telephony concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own feature testing for Voice AI products across environments.
• Apply TDD, property-based testing, and unit/integration tests.
• Configure, deploy, and support Voice AI solutions in customer environments as an FDE.
