Project Overview

We are seeking a Voice AI Implementation Specialist to deploy and configure custom voice agents across multiple brands within The PearlTech Group. This is a short-term project focused on setting up fully functional voice workflows using platforms like Twilio, Vapi, or Dialogflow, with integrations into CRMs and client intake tools.

Project Responsibilities

1. Build and test voice AI bots for brand-specific workflows (e.g., appointment scheduling, lead intake, FAQs)
2. Customize scripts and flows for natural-sounding conversations
3. Set up routing, fallback, and escalation logic within the AI platform
4. Integrate bots with tools like Notion, Calendly, Airtable, or CRM forms
5. Document configuration steps and handoff guides for internal team use
6. Ensure HIPAA-compliant configuration for healthcare-related flows

Requirements

1. Proven experience with one or more voice AI platforms: Twilio Studio, Vapi, Dialogflow, etc.
2. Ability to design and map call flows based on business needs
3. Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion)
4. Strong written communication and documentation skills
5. Ability to complete the project within 4–6 weeks

Bonus If You Have

• API or webhook knowledge
• Experience in healthcare, real estate, or SaaS
• Prior implementation of HIPAA-compliant tech solutions
