As part of our growth strategy, we have chosen Zoho One, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Campaigns (Enterprise Versions) as our core tech stack. To ensure a successful implementation and optimization, we are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Implementation Consultant to lead the process.

This role is fully remote and offers the possibility of contract extension, provided the consultant can demonstrate additional Zoho products and automation solutions that further enhance efficiency.

Role Overview

We are looking for an end-to-end Zoho Implementation expert who will be responsible for the full deployment, customization, and optimization of Zoho One, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Campaigns (Enterprise Versions). Beyond implementation, the ideal candidate should also analyze our business needs and recommend additional Zoho tools that can improve workflow automation, reporting, and operational efficiency. This is a critical, high-impact role that will shape how we leverage Zoho for automation, customer management, and marketing optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the full implementation and configuration of Zoho One, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Campaigns (Enterprise Versions).
2. Customize Zoho CRM and Campaigns to align with destinationone’s business processes.
3. Set up user roles, permissions, dashboards, automation workflows, and blueprints for operational efficiency.
4. Migrate data from existing systems, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
5. Design custom modules, forms, and reports tailored to our company’s needs.

Workflow Automation & System Optimization

1. Develop automated workflows and process blueprints within Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns.
2. Ensure seamless integration between Zoho applications and third-party tools.
3. Optimize email automation, marketing funnels, and lead management workflows in Zoho Campaigns.
4. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend additional Zoho products to enhance business operations.

Training & Support

1. Provide comprehensive training to internal teams on Zoho usage and best practices.
2. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, ensuring smooth adoption.
3. Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for future reference and scalability.

Long-Term Value & Expansion

1. Recommend additional Zoho products that can be leveraged for greater automation and business efficiency.
2. If proven effective, the contract may be extended to support further Zoho customization and scaling.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Zoho One, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Campaigns (Enterprise Versions).
• Strong expertise in workflow automation, blueprint design, and CRM optimization.
• Proven track record of successful Zoho CRM implementations and process enhancements.
• Experience in integrating Zoho with third-party applications and APIs.

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Zoho CRM and Campaigns architecture, workflows, and automation tools.
• Ability to analyze business needs and recommend additional Zoho solutions for operational improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to system optimization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support end users.
• Self-starter mindset, capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
