This is a long term contract and 100% remote.

Supply Chain Experience: Proven track record in managing supply chain processes and understanding of logistics, inventory management, and procurement.

eCommerce Experience: Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, online sales strategies, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans for implementing and migrating to new eCommerce/Omnichannel platforms across all brands.
  • Collaborate with leaders across departments and brands to map out and sequence necessary actions for platform implementation and user/account migration.
  • Utilize project management and data mapping skills to outline waves of activities based on detailed requirements by group.
  • Create communication and training plans for Communication & Readiness Leads to execute.
  • Engage in regular team check-ins and self-reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in project and change management.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify patterns and use them for impact assessments, product roadmaps, and ROI schedules.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort working with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Team-oriented, with a capacity to work across various teams.
