WIRTGEN AMERICA is seeking a Vogele Applications Specialist in Antioch, TN. The role focuses on supporting paver product lines, performing and teaching applications and technologies, and ensuring high-quality service for dealers and customers.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4–5 years of related experience, strong interpersonal and technical skills, and willingness to travel up to 70% including international travel to Canada and Germany for educational courses at Wirtgen factories.

Job OverviewThe primary purpose of the Application Specialist’s role is to provide support to the wide field of applications and cutting-edge technologies used in all paver product lines by performing and accomplishing the following duties.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or 4-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using formal and semi-formal teaching methods to effectively deliver new and technical information to varying size classes required. Must have experience with telematic systems; WITOS and WIDIAG preferred.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
