Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent CSPD-aligned qualification.
• Ability to counsel and advise students and youth toward vocational goals via IPE.
• Clear communication to build relationships with consumers, vendors, employers and coworkers.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to define problems and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & assist eligible South Carolinians with disabilities to achieve and maintain competitive employment by coordinating services including vocational counseling, guidance, and direct job placement.
• Conduct and coordinate communication assessments, vocational assessments, career exploration, and job preparation instruction; design IPE.
• Complete caseload management activities weekly.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
