CREST Collaborative is currently looking for support staff to support our therapeutic high school program located at 20 Shattuck Rd in Andover. Program supports students in grades 9-12. Experience with the use of therapeutic strategies (de-escalation, trauma-informed, CBT, restorative justice) preferred. A minimum of 3 years experience preferred. Prior experience working with students with academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Prior experience implementing behavioral strategies, supports, and data collection. Effective oral and written communication. Responsibilities may include: supporting academic programs, behavior plans, collecting data and logging data daily or weekly. The ideal candidate will be reliable and well organized with sound judgment. Experience with de-escalation, trauma-informed principles, CBT, restorative justice, behavior plans, and collecting a variety of data.
Salary Range based on 184 days and 2026-2027 Salary Schedule:
$29555-$42706
