Placement Partners is hiring a Vocational Coverage Specialist to work in the community with adults who have developmental disabilities, TBIs, and others needing support to live and work independently. You’ll help with career interests, resumes, and interview practice, while delivering ongoing job coaching to promote successful employment outcomes.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, coordinating with the team, and adjusting schedules to meet client needs, all while delivering

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in the community to explore career interests and employment options.
• Assist with resumes, job applications, and interview practice.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and support to help consumers succeed and maintain employment.
• Document services, track progress toward goals, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Support community integration and life skills development through person-centered guidance.
