Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Rehabilitation, Social Work, or Psychology preferred.
Responsibilities
- Share resources at local schools to connect students and parents with pre-employment services and supports for youth with disabilities.
- Collect data, success stories, and monitor follow-up services at participating sites.
- Participate in meetings and keep project staff informed of local activities.
