Job summary

University of Arizona's Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities is seeking a Project Coordinator for Transition Services to lead development of Pre-Employment Transition Services (PreETS) across northern Arizona. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating with schools and community partners, and driving data-informed program improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required; experience in transition services or disability services preferred.
• Knowledge of Pre-Employment Transition Services (PreETS) and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, supervise staff, coordinate and oversee project activities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, community providers, counselors, families, and employers.
• Engage schools and participants statewide, including rural and Tribal communities.
• Travel to schools and events; occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
