Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Vocational Specialist to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive vocational services for clients in Springfield, MO. You will provide individualized career planning, job placement, and retention support, while building employer relationships to meet recruitment needs and promoting client success.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience providing employment services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement vocational services across all phases.
• Provide individualized career planning, job placement and retention support.
• Build employer relationships and deliver services to develop opportunities.
• Advise clients on benefits planning and secure job accommodations when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to CARF and contractual standards.
• Travel extensively to conduct job development and supports.
