MaineHealth is seeking an Employment Specialist IV in Marshfield, ME, to help individuals with behavioral health services find and maintain meaningful employment. You will work one-on-one with job seekers, connect with local employers, and collaborate with community partners to create opportunities that support long-term success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, counseling, or social services or Bachelor's degree plus five years' experience in vocational counseling / rehabilitation required.
• Current Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and/or IPS Skills Practitioner Certification or obtain certification within one year from hire date required.
• Five years' experience in related field required.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Master's Degree in education, counseling, or social services or Bachelor's degree plus five years' experience in vocational counseling / rehabilitation required.
• License/Certifications: Current Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and/or IPS Skills Practitioner Certification or obtain certification within one year from hire date required.
• Experience: Five years' experience in related field required.

The pay range for this position is $66,123.20to $89,481.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).

In addition to base pay, MaineHealth offerscomprehensivebenefits, recognition programs, career growth opportunities, and,where applicable,shiftdifferentials or other incentives.
