Washington State Department of Social and Health Services is seeking a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor 3 to help people with disabilities identify strengths, explore career options, and pursue meaningful employment. You’ll manage a caseload, build counseling relationships, assess barriers, and develop individualized plans with training and community resources as needed.

You’ll work with schools, employers, and partners to ensure progress, monitor outcomes, and adjust plans.
