Job summary

School of Rock Delco is seeking a Music Teacher/Instructor to join a collaborative team and deliver our curriculum while tailoring lesson plans to each student’s current journey.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or professional educators with knowledge of music theory, able to work 15–25 hours weekly including evenings and weekends, and skilled in customer service, communication, and organization.

• Knowledge of music theory and curriculum implementation.
• Ability to deal with a wide range of customers and people.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement curriculum and create tailored lesson plans for each student.
• Teach one or more instruments as part of the School of Rock Delco program.
• Collaborate with the team to meet student needs and progress.
• Schedule 15–25 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
