ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst in Lake Forest, CA (Hybrid) to turn customer feedback into actionable insights for senior leadership. The role blends quantitative metrics with qualitative analysis, employing tools like Qualtrics Text iQ, Copilot, and dashboards to unify the customer story across 40+ brands in the Americas.

You will design surveys, analyze NPS/CSAT data, and present clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in customer insights, market research, VoC, or related analytical role.
• 2+ years of Qualtrics experience with advanced survey design, dashboarding, distribution, and reporting.
• Strong qualitative research skills including thematic coding, content analysis, and narrative synthesis.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Turn feedback into action by analyzing open-ended feedback alongside quantitative data to identify themes and root causes.
• Connect quantitative and qualitative insights with metrics like NPS, CSAT, and EODB.
• Build dashboards and automated reporting; create concise, compelling presentations for senior leadership.
• Use Copilot and Qualtrics Text iQ to accelerate analysis and improve insights workflows.
