The role requires 3–6 years in customer insights or related analytics, 2+ years of Qualtrics, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to create executive‑level presentations.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in customer insights, market research, VoC, or related analytical role.
• 2+ years of Qualtrics experience with survey design, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience supporting VoC programs such as NPS, EODB, and CSAT.
• Strong qualitative research skills and ability to combine qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Turn feedback into action: Analyze open-ended customer feedback and quantitative data to uncover themes and root causes, then translate into business recommendations.
• Bring the full customer story together: Connect quantitative and qualitative insights with metrics like NPS, CSAT, and EODB.
• Make insights easy to understand: Build dashboards and automated reporting, and craft concise presentations for senior leadership.
• Help evolve insights workflows: Use tools like Copilot and Qualtrics Text iQ to accelerate analysis and identify opportunities.
