• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Product Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of product management, product marketing, innovation, or new product development experience.
• Experience taking new products from concept through commercialization.
• Strong VOC, market research, competitive analysis, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new categories, markets, technologies, and adjacencies for growth.
• Develop 3–5 year category strategies and roadmaps for new businesses.
• Lead VOC research and translate insights into product opportunities.
• Develop go-to-market strategies including positioning, pricing, and launch plans.
• Own revenue, gross margin, pricing, and growth objectives for assigned categories.
