Dover Food Retail is seeking a Product Manager to manage portfolios from planning to execution across product lines. You will own VOC, category management, and margin enhancement while partnering with sales, marketing, and engineering to drive new product development.

You will lead a cross-functional team across locations, develop roadmaps, pricing guidance, and strategic initiatives. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential to identify growth opportunities and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Market Analysis, Category Management, Sales Management, or similar role.
• Experience in food retail or refrigeration industry preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills; capable of forecasting and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies with 3-5 year horizons and deliver roadmaps.
• Lead cross functional teams across locations to implement initiatives.
• Support global sales, market research and new product development.
• Provide pricing guidance and collaborate with pricing teams on strategy.
• Present products at meetings, conferences and industry events.
