Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in healthcare or diagnostic testing preferred.
• Experience with VNG testing or similar equipment is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with EHR systems required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct VNG tests and ensure accurate, patient-centered testing.
• Send reminders and schedule VNG appointments with patients.
• Maintain accurate records and upload VNG reports weekly.
