Stanbridge University is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the Vocational Nursing program, serving as the senior academic and operational leader responsible for performance, faculty effectiveness, and student outcomes. The role ensures academic excellence and full BVNPT regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in California.
• Bachelor’s degree from BVNPT-approved school required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of VN program.
• Ensure BVNPT regulations and accrediting standards compliance.
• Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate program faculty.
• Lead curriculum design, updates, and assessment aligned with licensing requirements.
• Monitor student performance metrics and implement data-driven interventions.
• Ensure quality clinical placements with clinical partners.
• Collaborate on budgeting and instructional resource allocation.
• Prepare reports for BVNPT and accreditors; lead site visit readiness.
