Job summary

DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) seeks an IT Systems Administrator to install and support Windows servers and storage arrays, while actively handling ServiceNow tickets and project tasks. You will perform STIG reporting, vulnerability management, and documentation to ensure secure, reliable operations.

The role requires extensive virtualization and storage experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with potential federal agency work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or closely related discipline with 3+ years experience or 7+ years experience to satisfy degree requirements.
• 5 years of experience with various application servers, Web Servers, and network support (DNS/DHCP).
• Experience with vulnerability mitigation and security tooling.
• Extensive hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Install and support physical and virtual Windows servers and storage systems.
• Monitor ServiceNow Incidents, Changes, and Projects; document thoroughly in ServiceNow and externally.
• Balance workload between operational support and project tasks.
• Perform STIG reporting and vulnerability review; implement fixes.
• Assist in specification, design, and implementation of new hardware, software, or storage systems.
